4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

A bonus may be claimed only once per eligible account.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — until the wagering requirement has been met.
Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts, a VPN, or a proxy will result in those accounts being cancelled.

5. VIP Program

The ac567 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits:

Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback and access to special promotions.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and a dedicated account manager.

You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active. The benefits and conditions for each tier are determined by ac567 and are subject to change.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Play Terms

All games on the ac567 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs or technical errors, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes a game result to be uncertain, ac567 reserves the right to void the wager for that game. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to abuse bonuses or gain bonus advantages.
